Body Builders

Body Builders are Biomedical Engineers that help you get new strength and hope. It is for people who have lost their legs or arms.
For example, When Brian Ruhe was 18 and in college he was in a terrible car accident. He was studying to be an aerospace engineer. But the accident didn't stop him from continuing his dream. After seeing what kind of position he was stuck in he switched his major to biomedical engineering. It is making a safe and helpful medical devices. He is now 23 years old getting his Ph.D in biomedical engineering. He says that when being a biomedical engineer you have to think of different types of designs because it falls under Art and Science. You also have to think of the way that the person who is going to be wearing the devices is going to feel. So, what you have to do is watch the way normal people walk and move.
This story was interesting because your learning from someone that builds a device for people.
